Find the fit
15–20 minWalk at your normal, conversational pace. Keep the vest at its lightest practical setup. Notice fit, posture, and whether your breathing stays easy.
YOUR FREE TWO-WEEK STARTER PLAN
Six calm walks. One change at a time. Enough structure to begin without turning your sidewalk into a test.
BEFORE WALK ONE
Use the lightest practical configuration that sits snugly without changing your gait. You should be able to speak in full sentences and finish every walk with energy in reserve.
Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, unusual shortness of breath, numbness, or a meaningful change in how you move. If you have a medical condition, injury, or uncertainty about added load, ask a qualified clinician first.
Walk at your normal, conversational pace. Keep the vest at its lightest practical setup. Notice fit, posture, and whether your breathing stays easy.
Repeat the same time and load. The goal is not to prove more—it is to see whether the first walk still feels comfortable when repeated.
Keep the load the same. During the middle of the walk, add three one-minute purposeful segments with two easy minutes between them. Never run.
Use the same load and an easy pace. If you do not feel recovered from week one, shorten the walk or walk without added weight.
If every prior walk felt comfortable during and afterward, add up to five minutes. Keep both load and pace unchanged.
Return to an easy walk. At the end, decide whether your next week should repeat, recover, or progress. Repeating is a useful decision.
