Vested provides general educational and fitness information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Stop activity and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, numbness, dizziness, chest pressure, unusual shortness of breath, faintness, or a change in gait. Consult a qualified clinician before weighted exercise if you have an injury, joint concern, osteoporosis, a cardiovascular condition, pregnancy, or another relevant health concern.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for selecting safe equipment, confirming a proper vest fit, choosing an appropriate environment, following traffic and trail rules, monitoring weather, and exercising within your abilities.
Subscriptions
Membership purchases are processed through Apple. Prices and trial terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with App Store terms. Manage or cancel them through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions where prohibited by law, interfere with operation, impersonate another person, harass Circle members, share unsafe meeting details, or use Vested in a way that violates applicable law.
Circles
Circles are intended for encouragement among people you know. You control whom you invite and what you share outside the app. Do not use Circles for emergency coordination or assume another member is monitoring your activity. Vested does not share a member’s live location or guarantee another member will join a scheduled walk.
Availability and outcomes
Features may change as the product improves. Temporary interruptions can occur. No training outcome is guaranteed.
Intellectual property
Vested’s original software, visual design, branding, and coaching content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vested is provided “as is.” The developer disclaims warranties not expressly required by law and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
Apple terms
Apple is not responsible for Vested or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms where required by Apple’s standard licensed-application terms.
